Autel Software Update FAQ

Today we help customer to make update service activated via his Autel ID and password (with his agreement), as our update instruction. Then he met the following problem when try to update on his tablet:

Q: “It is asking me to pay but I have already bought this”

Error message:

“Your subscription has expired and you need to renew it to use this feature”

A: Here is his solution:
“Thank you Essie it was not working because I needed to switch my scanner off and back on now it’s working ok 👍”

With his agreement, we share this experience in case someone else need it.
