Q: Hello

I need to help some friends who are using Autel. I’d like to be able to provide remote assistance via TeamViewer, but the problem is that the version on my tablet is outdated.

I haven’t found a suitable version yet.

Could you please contact Autel to see if they have TeamViewer installed?

A: It’s not supported as a standalone installation; it’s only available through OS system updates. Customers can create their own TeamViewer VIP account (this is a paid feature of their TeamViewer account, not our device), which allows for remote operation between different versions.
